You manage your subscription in our subscription portal. You'll receive access by email when you take out your subscription. There you can change your delivery interval at any time and cancel your subscription.

Subscription terms
- Term
Indefinite term, minimum of 2 deliveries. After that, you can cancel any time without notice. An earlier cancellation takes effect with the second delivery.
- Cancel
In the subscription portal, with the “Cancel contracts here” button at the bottom of this page, or in text form, for example by email to info@mygosiderm.com.
- Payment
Each delivery is charged separately in advance, using the payment method from your first order. If a payment is not made, we may pause or end the subscription.
- Price changes
If the price or delivery interval changes, we will let you know in good time before the next delivery. You can then cancel with effect from the date of the change.
- Withdrawal and returns
The right of withdrawal also applies to subscriptions; the withdrawal period starts with the first delivery. Beyond that, cancellations and refunds of the minimum deliveries are excluded; your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. Details can be found in our withdrawal policy.
