morning / evening:
- Cleanse your face thoroughly with our mild Cleansing Foam. Apply a small amount of the Cleansing Foam to a moistened face. Gently massage the foam into your skin, paying particular attention to the T-zone. Then rinse your face with lukewarm water. Repeat this step for deeply cleansed skin.
- Tone your skin with the Hydrating Toner. After cleansing, soak a dry cotton pad with the Hydrating Toner and gently but thoroughly wipe it over your face, neck, and décolleté. Avoid direct contact with the eyes. Enjoy the refreshing feeling and skin perfectly prepared for subsequent care.
- Now apply a small amount of the Double Hydration Boost Gel to face, neck, and décolleté. Gently massage it in and let it absorb completely.
- After the gel, put a small amount of the Brightening Eye Cream on your fingertips. Gently massage the eye cream around the eye area until it is completely absorbed. Avoid direct contact with the eyes.
- Then use, for example, the Moisturising Day Cream. Put a small amount of the day cream on your fingertips. Spread the cream evenly on your face, neck, and décolleté and gently massage it in until it is completely absorbed.
- Finally, use the Sunscreen SPF 30, with tint to protect your skin from UV rays during the day and maintain an even complexion.

Questions about returns
To return an item, please contact our customer service (support@mygosiderm.com) to obtain a return label. Make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging (see Return Policy).
You have 14 days from receipt of the goods to return an item.
You do not have to pay the return costs yourself. After you have informed us of your wish to return the item, you will receive a return label in a separate email.
Once we have received your return and inspected it in accordance with our return policy, you will be refunded the amount of the product purchase to your chosen payment method. This may take 7-10 business days.
For hygiene reasons, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns of used/opened items. You can find more information about this under Right of Withdrawal .

If you want to use our products for the first time, you may have to pump 10-20 times (air-less dispenser). It also helps to turn the air-less dispenser upside down and then pump it when using it for the first time.
