I'm Irina, co-founder of MyGosiDerm. For 25 years I have supported dermatologists, naturopaths and beauty clinics as a Medical Beauty Coach. Time and again I have seen women spend a lot of money on creams that stay on the surface.

About Irina

Irina is a Medical Beauty Coach and has worked for dermatologists, doctors, naturopaths and beauty clinics for 25 years. She runs product training sessions, seminars and workshops and advises on dermatological skincare concepts, device-based cosmetics and aesthetic treatments.

In 2024 she developed the Lifting Power Set. Today she is co-founder of MyGosiDerm and the expert mind behind its product development – together with her son Chris. The set is made in a certified laboratory in Germany.

Micro-infusion, simply explained

The combination of microneedles and pure serum delivers care into deeper layers of the epidermis.

Ultra-fine micro-channels

24 gold-plated 0.5 mm microneedles gently open the uppermost layer of the skin – so the serum reaches where a cream cannot.

Deep hydration

High-purity hyaluronic acid binds moisture, visibly plumps the skin and makes fine lines look smoother.

The gentle micro-stimulus supports the skin's own renewal – for more firmness and glow, application after application.

The ritual

Your application in four steps

    Prepare

    Cleanse your face thoroughly. Open the stamp and fill it with all of the serum from the serum vial.

  2. 2

    Let it soak

    Turn the stamp upside down for 2–3 minutes so the serum reaches the needles. Then remove the protective cap.

  3. 3

    Stamp

    Work from the centre of the face outwards with a light press-and-lift motion. Always lift the stamp, never drag it.

  4. 4

    Nourish

    Massage in any remaining serum and leave the collagen sheet mask on for 15 minutes. Apply sun protection during the day.

Does the application hurt?

Most users feel only a slight tingling. The fine 0.5 mm needles work gently in the uppermost layer of the skin.

How often do I use the set?

Every 14 days. One set contains two applications, so it lasts for one month.

Which treatment is right for me?

The skin's own regeneration takes time. The 1-month treatment is ideal for getting started; for visible, lasting results we recommend the 2-month or 3-month treatment.

When will I see results?

Right after the application, the deep hydration makes the skin look plumper and fresher. Firmer skin is the result of several applications over a few weeks.

What skin is the set suitable for?

For all skin types, including sensitive skin. Please do not use in case of acute inflammation, open wounds, active acne, cold sores or sunburn. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a blood clotting disorder, please check with your doctor before use.

Ich habe empfindliche Haut und hatte ehrlich Angst, dass Microneedling zu viel für mich ist. Aber die Anwendung ist überraschend sanft und einfach: nach gründlichem reinigen der Haut und Vorbereitung des Applikators kann es entspannt losgehen. Man merkt sofort wie die Haut das Serum aufnimmt. Die Maske nach der Behandlung ist ein absoluter Wahnsinn. Wenn man die Hyaluron-Maske abnimmt sieht man den Unterschied direkt – und sogar meinem Mann ist die Veränderung aufgefallen.
