Questions about how to use
In what order do I use the products?
Our routine has five steps: cleansing, toner, serum, cream and, during the day, sun protection. Cleanse your face with the Cleansing Foam, apply the toner with a cotton pad, then apply eye cream and serum. Let each product absorb briefly, then follow with the cream. You will find detailed instructions on every product page under “How to use”.
Can I use several products together?
Yes. All our products can be combined with one another. Our Routine Sets are exactly such combinations. Use the AHA Peeling Concentrate only 1–2 times a week in the evening, and the Acne Spot Care only on the affected areas.
Which product suits my skin type?
There is a tailored Routine Set for every skin type: Dry Skin Set for dry skin, Sensitive Skin Set for sensitive skin, Smoothing Anti-Aging Set for mature skin, Acne Set for blemishes and Anti-Pigment Spot Set for pigmentation spots. Every product page states which skin types the product is suitable for.
Are the products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our products have been dermatologically tested and received the top rating “Very good”. They are also suitable for sensitive skin. If you have any known allergies, please check the ingredients on the product page.
Do I use the products in the morning or in the evening?
Cleansing, toner, serum and cream in the morning and evening. The AHA Peeling only in the evening, 1–2 times a week. Sun protection during the day – it is especially important after using the AHA Peeling.
How much product do I need and how long does a bottle last?
A small, roughly pea-sized amount is enough. Each product lasts up to 3 months.

How does the subscription work?
With Subscribe & save, your skincare is delivered to your door automatically and you save on every delivery: 6 to 10% on the Routine Sets depending on the delivery interval, and €10 on the Refill Treatment for the Lifting Power Set. The subscription has a minimum term of 2 deliveries. After that, you can cancel any time without notice.
How often are the products delivered with a subscription?
For the Routine Sets, you choose: every 2 months (10% off), every 3 months (8%) or every 4 months (6%). The Refill Treatment for the Lifting Power Set arrives every month.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. The subscription has a minimum term of 2 deliveries. After that, you can cancel any time without notice and free of charge – in the subscription portal or by e-mail to info@mygosiderm.com. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
Shipping, payment and guarantee
How quickly will my order arrive and how much is shipping?
Shipping is free. Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking details.
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, EPS, Twint or Klarna – with Klarna you can also conveniently pay by invoice. All payments are encrypted.
What guarantee do you offer?
All products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee, and the Lifting Power Set with 90 days. We can take back products that are still sealed and unopened. Returns are free of charge for you.
Can I return opened products?
For hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed skincare products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. You can return unopened, still-sealed products within 30 days.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from receiving your order to return an item. For the Lifting Power Set, it is 90 days.
